Use of Personal Information:

All the data the users provide is gonna be treated by NOISY crafting only for the following purposes:

  • Processing the order. When you purchase something from the store, as part of the buying and selling process, personal information is collected to evade the order, such as your name, email address, billing and payment information, telephone number, and physical address for delivery.
  • Contacting the customer via e-mail.  Updates about the order, or in case of any problem with the order, or for other logistic reasons.
  • Respond to any questions.
  • Handling possible refunds. 

Duration of handling your Personal Information

The user’s name, e-mail address, address, postal address and phone number will be preserved in our system until the user issues a written request to have them deleted. The user’s bank account number is only stored by PayPal, and is only preserved for the identification of the order or to handle possible refunds. If you don’t want us to process/store your data anymore, please contact me at noisycrafting@gmail.com. Your data will be cleared within 7 days of your request under EU GDPR article 17; The Right To Be Forgotten.
